Harmony billing made easy
The Harmony Prenatal Test is ordered by your healthcare provider and sent directly to Ariosa Diagnostics.
After your sample is received and testing is completed, Ariosa Diagnostics will submit a claim to your insurance provider.
Once your insurance provider processes the claim, they will send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB).
You will receive a statement from Ariosa Diagnostics for the final balance.

What is an Explanation of Benefits?
The EOB outlines the charge for the test, the amounts covered and not covered, and the amount applied to your deductible. Importantly, the EOB is not a bill; it is for informational purposes only.
What should I do if I receive a check from my insurance provider?
Some insurance providers may send a check to the patient for the amount they covered for the test. If this occurs, please endorse
the check to Ariosa Diagnostics and send the check along with your EOB to:
